Equifit services is an exercise program specifically designed for riders of all levels and disciplines. Equifit Services begins with an initial two hour interactive session during which Gina will take you through a series of rider-specific exercises. These will include core strengthening, flexibility, general fitness and balance, and are all simple enough to include in your daily routine. These exercises will create in you the awareness of basic bio-mechanics involved in proper riding position. You will also learn how to recruit particular muscles to affect the horse in the most useful and positive ways. This will lay the foundation for using Classical Riding Position to create a well balanced, responsive riding team.

  • Most prevalent rider position errors
  • How to improve rider position both on and off the horse
  • Simple exercises to improve your riding.
