Gina Allan-Belasik

Gina is an EC Certified Level II Hunter/Jumper Coach, and Level III in Theory (“In Training” status). She has trained with International Dressage Clinician and author, Paul Belasik, in Pennsylvania where she focused on Classical Dressage training methods.

Gina excels in training both young and advanced horses of various breeds including the Andalusian. An accomplished teacher in Hunter, Jumper and Dressage, Gina has coached clients throughout Canada and the eastern seaboard of the United States. Gina’s methodology involves proper position and balance of both rider and horse, creating a seamless flow of athletic energy.

Gina is a graduate of Capilano College where she majored in Lifestyle Counseling, and later, she studied Theatre and Dance at Simon Fraser University. As well, Gina pursued a career as a Fitness Consultant and worked extensively for various Recreation Commissions including The Y.M.C.A. and The Fitness Group. With her accumulated education, knowledge and experience in Body and Back Health, Gina has worked in conjunction with doctors and physiotherapists to develop back care programs and specialty modules for the Y.M.C.A.

Gina has spent many years expanding and furthering her knowledge of Equestrian Arts. This, in addition to her experience in Exercise Management and Body Awareness is a winning combination for riders of all levels and disciplines. Gina is well known for her energy and ability to ensure riders’ success and is highly regarded and much loved by all her students.
